In 2014, three real estate professionals, Luis Monje, William Pepin and Geoff Wehling came together with a valid idea. All three came from various backgrounds in the real estate sector. Geoff Wehling comes from the world of Real Estate Financing and venture capital. Will Pepin has spent almost 35 years working in luxury mall development all over the U.S. Luis Monje is a licensed real estate broker/investor and interior designer. All three had been involved in multiple projects and saw an opportunity to combine their strengths in the space in order to bring to market luxury residential properties that were truly forward thinking and built with impeccable quality and value. After a decade in the space and a proven track record, it is clear that projects built with Tylo Development Partners will prove to stand the test of time and only increase in value and appreciation from our appreciative buyers.

Luis Monje had a long successful career in software/technology prior to pursuing his lifelong passion in luxury residential development full time almost 10 years ago. Has MBA from University of Chicago Booth in addition to being a licensed real estate professional.
William Pepin - Partner
Engineering / Architecture / Contracting
Will is a seasoned professional with 40 plus years experience in commercial and residential development projects. He is a trained civil engineer, planning & architectural designer and licensed residential general contractor.
Geoff Wehling - Finance/Investment
Project Funding / Investor Relations / Project Finance
Geoff has worked his entire career financing real
estate totaling over $4B in transactions. As a veteran in the industry he applies his talent and experience to successfully capitalize our projects.
